He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) and has attended various engineering and management courses as well as certifications including: TWI – CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector Certificate No. 103961, CSWIP 3.2 in view and NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health & Safety .

Vincent worked with Al Asab Gen Contracting and Transp. IGD-E Project Habshan Abu Dhabi UAE as Welding Inspector, Total Exploration Nigeria OML58 Upgrade / OUR 42’’by 45KM Pipeline Project as QC Inspector and Shell Petroleum Development Eastern Gas Gathering System Phase 2 Project as QC Inspector. He also worked on Shell Petroleum Development Company Kolo Creek Rumuekpe Trunkline Replacement Project as HSE Representative.
