He holds a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO), Nigeria and has attended various technical, management and local content courses and certifications both in Nigeria and overseas. Donald Ibegbu has seventeen (17) years working experience with significant exposure and experience in the Nigerian oil and gas sector gained from various organizations including: Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), Landmark Goldlinks Limited, Cameron Offshore Systems Nigeria Limited/OneSubsea Offshore Systems Nigeria Limited and Schlumberger Nigeria Limited where he worked as Nigerian Content Development Manager before joining Global Offshore Energy Limited as the Managing Director. He also worked on major oil and gas projects including: over $800 million dollars Usan Deepwater Development Project (engineering, procurement, construction, testing and installation of subsea production systems) awarded to OneSubsea Offshore Systems Nigeria Limited, over $650 million dollars Erha North Phase 2 Deepwater Development Project(engineering, procurement, construction, testing and installation of subsea production systems) awarded to OneSubsea and other projects. He is a member, Society of Petroleum Engineer (SPE) and also a member, Council of Energy Advisors, Gerson Lehrman Group, New York-USA.

He holds a bachelor`s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Nigeria and Master of Science in Project Management from University of Roehampton, United Kingdom. He attended engineering and project management courses and certifications both in Nigeria and overseas. Ikechukwu has a broad range of experience in SAP activities, tool maintenance, field reports monitoring, pressure testing of assemblies, receiving/inspection of all customer-owned materials, material history tracking and process work packages creation for the workshop. He also has demonstrated track record of managing multiple, diverse projects simultaneously from start to finish on time and within budget, proven ability to resolve customer issues and complete difficult task under high pressure environments. He is a proactive self-starter who initiates process and monitor system improvements to increase system stability. He worked in several capacities as a Field Engineer in WEAFRI Well Services Co. Ltd. gaining experience in well intervention: stimulation, nitrogen, coiled tubing and other related pumping services. He was a project coordinator in the subsea contract operations of Usan Deepwater Oilfield Project awarded to OneSubsea (Cameron) to provide subsea systems for the initial phase of the 44-well Usan subsea development. In Baker Hughes, he started as a Tech Support Engineer. In various positions, he made-up completion sub-assemblies and install same both onshore, offshore and deep-water (basically subsea completions and intelligent completions design and installation). He also interfaced between customers and operations, supervised the activities of field personnel, prepared job packages-completions designs schematics, equipment list, installation procedure, end-of-well reports, QA/QC documents, field support functions, sales function, applications engineering functions and other tech support activities etc.

Ngozi Ibegbu holds HND. in Estate Management from Federal Polytechnic Oko,Nigeria. She worked with Gold Star Publishers as Marketing Executive and United Bank for Africa Pls as Operations Executive.Ngozi has 10 years working experience

Vincent worked with Al Asab Gen Contracting and Transp. IGD-E Project Habshan Abu Dhabi UAE as Welding Inspector, Total Exploration Nigeria OML58 Upgrade / OUR 42’’by 45KM Pipeline Project as QC Inspector and Shell Petroleum Development Eastern Gas Gathering System Phase 2 Project as QC Inspector. He also worked on Shell Petroleum Development Company Kolo Creek Rumuekpe Trunkline Replacement Project as HSE Representative.
